Order Cancellations

We will only accept cancellations only if your order hasn't been handed out to the courier yet. Unfortunately, it cannot be cancelled once it's already in transit.

Wrong/Damaged/Missing Items

If we made any mistakes on your order, please shoot us a message at or use our contact form. We'll do our best to address any problem ASAP!

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We only accept requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • We sent you the wrong product
  • There are missing/damaged items in the package that we sent

Lost Packages

Please note that we are NOT responsible for international packages that have been held by or lost by your country's local post office.

Packages that haven't arrived for more than 20 weeks are considered lost. If a package still hasn't appeared by that time, you can try calling your local post office and request for help in locating it.

Incorrect Delivery Address/Refused Delivery

Kindly double check your delivery address before purchasing anything from the shop. Incorrect addresses may cause lost or undelivered packages. If you've accidentally provided an incorrect address, email immediately for support help.
