• Rush orders are not accepted, as each keychain is hand-drawn with care to ensure quality.
• Estimated timeline:
 ‣ Drawing phase: 1–2 weeks (depending on complexity and revisions)
 ‣ Keychain production: 2 weeks after final design approval
 ‣ Overseas shipping to the Philippines: 1–2 weeks before local delivery

Overall turnaround time: approximately 3-4 weeks in total (may vary by quantity or revisions. 

• Our partner manufacturer is based overseas, so please allow extra time for international shipping and customs processing.
• Local shipping or delivery fees are shouldered by the client.

A 50% down payment is required to confirm your slot and start your order.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipping or pickup.

Payments are non-refundable once rough sketches (concepts) have begun.

A digital proof will be sent for approval — please check it carefully; keychain production will only proceed after approval.

Up to three (3) revisions are included each design. Additional changes after proof approval may incur fees or affect delivery time.
