Orders through our Site are fulfilled by PHILPOST, MyKartero, J&T, Lalamove, Angkas, Grab, Joyride, and Gogo XPress. To fulfil your order, they require the following personal information: your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and contact telephone number. They will hold and process that information, including passing such elements on to third parties or an agent acting on their behalf, as is necessary to fulfil your order. The information will be held for any future orders you may place. They will require that any third party or agent must process your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When will my order be shipped?
International orders are usually shipped in 5-7 days after check out while domestic orders are shipped in 1-2 days. Same-day delivery is only possible for domestic orders IF the buyer is within NCR.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery lead time varies and depends on the buyer's delivery address. Since we'll be shipping from the Philippines, international orders may take 1 week up to 1 month before it's delivered. For domestic ones, it should be 3-6 days only.
Please note that these are only estimations. Once your order is shipped, we have no control on how long the delivery process will take.
